For a copy of your medical records:
1. Please click the link below to submit a medical records request; Do NOT submit your request in person.
2. There is no charge for your medical records.
3. Requests for imaging studies (e.g. MRI, X-Ray, CT Scan) must be made directly through SpecOrtho’s office. Please contact (803) 548-6464 for assistance with obtaining these images.
4. You should receive your records within 5-7 business days of completing your request.
