Dr. Glen Feltham is a dually board‑certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and the care of both pediatric and adult athletes. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of SUNY Buffalo, he completed his residency at Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals in Cleveland, including a dedicated research year focused on skeletal stem cells and tissue healing. He then completed fellowship training in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy at the University of Iowa and an AOSSM mentorship with Dr. James Andrews at the American Sports Medicine Institute.
A lifelong athlete and former collegiate soccer player, Dr. Feltham has served as head team physician for multiple colleges and as a Team Physician for U.S. National Soccer Teams. His passion for sports extends to years spent coaching his four children across numerous youth sports.
Dr. Feltham is the president‑elect of the South Carolina Orthopaedic Society, a statewide group of surgeons advocating for improved healthcare access and affordability for patients. He is also the managing partner and principal owner of SpecOrtho, the practice he founded in 2017.
He and his wife of 36 years, Renee, are deeply rooted in their community and remain enthusiastic supporters of the University of Dayton and The Ohio State Buckeyes. Outside the office, they enjoy traveling, staying active, and spending time with their white lab, Bailey.
