Dr. Glen Feltham is dually board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery as well as Orthopaedic Sports Medicine, specializing in both pediatric and adult injuries.  He graduated Summa Cum Laude from SUNY Buffalo Medical School and completed his orthopedic residency at the renowned Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals in Cleveland.  After completing the six-year residency program, including a year of research with skeletal stem cells and tissue healing, he went to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics where he completed his fellowship training in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy with the Iowa Hawkeyes. He also completed an American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine Mentorship with Dr. James Andrews at the American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham, AL.

As an avid sports enthusiast and collegiate soccer player, Dr. Feltham has spent much of his personal and professional life on sports fields and taking care of all types of athletes and active people. He has served as head team physician for multiple colleges and universities and traveled the world as a Team Physician for the US National (Soccer) Teams.  When he was not on the field in a professional manner, he coached all four of his children on various sports teams.

Dr. Feltham has been married 33 years to his wife Renee, who has become an integral part of the SpecOrtho family. Together they raised four children, spending their lives between their three sons’ soccer and lacrosse games and their daughter’s gymnastics meets.  They continue to be loyal basketball fans to their alma mater, University of Dayton, as well as fans of The Ohio State Buckeyes, where their daughter was a collegiate gymnast. When not in the office, they enjoy traveling, exercising or just kicking back at home with their white lab, Bailey.
