Casey Augustine — Medical Assistant

CaseyBefore finding her home at SpecOrtho, Casey and her family moved to the Carolinas nearly twenty years ago from California, where they have loved raising their four beautiful children. She spent years working alongside her young family as a preschool teacher and later began taking pre‑nursing courses. Although the pandemic shifted her original plans, it ultimately led her to SpecOrtho—a place where her personal experience with an ACL and meniscus tear helped her become an encouragement to others navigating their own orthopedic journeys.

Casey is a proud military mom, with two sons currently serving—one in the Marines and one in the Coast Guard. She and her husband, Chad, also have two daughters and are blessed with three grandchildren who light up their world. When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find her out on her boat on Lake Wylie or traveling to Virginia to spend time with her grandchildren. Her family is active, outdoorsy, and sports‑loving, and Casey brings that same energy and heart into her work every day.
