After joining SpecOrtho at its very beginning in 2016, I’ve had the unique privilege of working in nearly every corner of the practice—starting with designing our original logo and building layout, then moving through roles in front desk operations, surgery scheduling, office design, workers’ compensation, and now serving as Assistant Administrator. I like to joke that my real title is simply: “I do what I’m told or work where I’m needed.”
Before raising our four very active kids, my career began in hospitality and marketing—so creating a warm, welcoming environment comes naturally. Whether I’m coordinating surgeries, supporting our physicians, or helping shape our marketing efforts, my favorite part of the job is cultivating a space where patients, doctors, and staff all feel genuinely cared for.
I’ve been married for 36 years to our practice owner and managing partner—so if you’ve ever wondered about the matching last names, mystery solved. Our family of eight loves to travel, and one of my all‑time favorite adventures was spending Christmas together in Rome. Outside of work, I’m happiest cooking, reading, gathering with friends and family, or spoiling our dog, Bailey.
