Kesia H. – Work Comp Liaison/Offices Support Specialist

I’m from New York and my parents are from the Dominican Republic. I studied Hotel Management in the Dominican Republic. I moved to Charlotte in 2006. I have been in the healthcare industry for about 15 years. By working at a family practice for one of the Hospital’s in Charlotte, as a customer service representative and passed on to interpret for the Spanish community for injured workers. But one day I went to SpecOrtho to interpret for a patient and as I came in thru the sliding doors, I was drawn by the cordial welcome from the Receptionist at SpecOrtho. I felt like I could be part of SpecOrtho family, and I asked if there were any open positions. From the short couple of months that I have worked here, SpecOrtho cares about their patients and they care for their employees. I have never looked back. I love it here!
