Erica is the heartbeat of our clinic — the person who keeps our days running smoothly and the docs on track, all with a smile that can make patients forget their pain for a moment. Originally from Spartanburg, SC, she joined SpecOrtho in October 2022 and has quickly become an essential part of our family.

With over five years of experience in Orthopaedics and nearly ten years as a Registered Medical Assistant, Erica brings both skill and compassion to every patient interaction. Outside of work, she’s a busy mom raising two teenage boys and is also pursuing her education full time — a true testament to her drive and dedication.

She loves traveling, reading, and spending time with her family. What she appreciates most about SpecOrtho is the closeness of the team. To her, the atmosphere doesn’t just feel supportive — it feels like FAMILY.
